Coming to the festival with kids in tow? Kids under ten get in free. Auckland City Limits Music Festival invites music fans of all ages, including kids! Auckland Kiddie Limits runs inside Auckland City Limits in its own securely designated area in the festival. Auckland Kiddie Limits creates an environment for parents and children to enjoy family-friendly music on the Auckland Kiddie Limits stage. While you’re listening, feel free to make some arts & crafts to remember sharing these memories with your kids!

  7. Festival Bars
The best news is that Auckland City Limits is a “wet site” event meaning that our main bar areas are not fenced in. We’ll be checking ID and wristbanding patrons 18 and over who wish to purchase and consume alcohol but the only restricted areas of the site are the R18 bars at the Golden Dawn and the VIP Area. We’re serving mid-strength alcohol (up to 3.5%) in all the rest of the main bars and you’re free to take these drinks all round the festival. Alcohol purchased in the R18 bars has to be consumed in those areas.
